Kit Kat Shop

The first shop in the world that is specialized in Kit Kat has recently opened its doors in the Seibu shopping mall (B1 floor) in Ikebukuro. After a while more Kit Kat shops have opened in Ginza.

In addition to the most popular weird varieties that you can usually find in Japan, the shop has exclusive flavours that can only be found in it. This is the logo of the shop, its name is Chocolatory.

Walking on a road and… she suddenly turns into a tank!

It is BAD movie but it has some good WTF moments guaranteed and it will surely bring a few laughs. If you liked Robegeisha, The Machine Girl is another movie made with the same style by the same director.

Yokohama Port Symbol Tower

Last weekend, after a long walk around Yokohama we ended up in a curious tower. It turns out that it is one of the tallest lighthouses in Tokyo bay (58 meters/192 feet tall), it has an observatory open to the public and it is surrounded by a park. Built in 1986, in the midst of the Japanese economic boom, with a sumptuous design for just being a simple lighthouse. I like the retrofuturistic halo that it has.
