Mount Aso in Kyushu erupted yesterday. The smoke column reached today 4km into the sky! In one week we had weird earthquake in Tokyo, floods, typhoons and now a volcano erupting. Please, mother earth, give us a rest, the last thing we need is an alien invasion to feel like the people living in Sim City.

This weekend sushi could be seen navigating the Osaka river. It is an artistic performance part of the “Osaka Canvas Project” where artists are free to use their creativity to beautify the streets of the city. I love the idea, so simple but at the same time so surprising, it reminds me the giant rubber duck.
