Haha, seems like it. I see rubber pieces attached to the sides. A wheel lock would be more practical if the owner wants to secure the car. But i won’t wanna go through all the hassle of locking and unlocking all the time. @_@”

Don’t be silly! It’s just a shield to keep bugs and pigeon $hit out of the engine compartment. while the car is parked. The padlock is there to keep the shield from getting stolen when it’s not in use.
